Edward Morris Jr. is passionate about building the capacity of leaders who carry a vision for changing lives and fulfilling social enterprise-centric missions with excellence. Ed committed to his passion first serving as a teacher, then as a principal and aspiring leader developer and coach in Chicago. He brings several years of 1.) organizational development, 2.) leadership training & coaching, and 3.) Program strategy to every organization and individual he partners with. He has deep insight and national influence in education reform having served in several director and executive roles for 3 national education non-profits (New Leaders, Inc., Leap Innovations, and Branch Alliance for Educator Diversity).
Ed holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and 2 Master’s degrees from National Louis University. He is a certified instructional designer (ATD), leadership coach, and Critical Friends Group “specialty” coach through National School Reform Faculty.
